Saeed Abdo Shamout Street · Amman, Jordan

It began
with a spoon.

Khashoka is what the grandparents of Harima, the founders’ village in Irbid, called the big serving spoon: the one that goes into the shared dish. In 2017 the word became a house in Abdoun, Amman, and the long table grew from there, city by city.

Our story

From breakfast
to dinner, shared.

Popular and local dishes, pans, breads and pastries, brought to the middle of the table for everyone to share. Each city adds its own.
